About the Illuminati Manifesto
In his book, Behold A Pale Horse, Cooper published a document titled Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars that, according to the preface, was obtained from an unknown source given the alias, “Mr. Tom Young”, a possible reference to Thomas Young, a well-known patriot.
Cooper explains how the document was leaked, stating that, “The following document, dated May 1979, was found on July 7, 1986, in an IBM copier that had been purchased at a surplus sale.” How Cooper actually obtained the document is unknown.
The Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars is a 30 page document that Cooper writes, “is the doctrine adopted by the Policy Committee of the Bilderberg Group during its first known meeting in 1954. A copy found in 1969 was in the possession of Naval Intelligence.”
The document was written by an unknown person(s) as a technical manual which describes, “an introductory description of this war, its strategies, and its weaponry.”
According to this document, everything from our failing public education and economic systems to the family unit has been and is being attacked in ways that are so subtle that we actually defend the very things that are destroying this country and the world today.
